Start to finish prep and pour for the 32×24 garage pad. The pad is 4″ thick with 2 6″ lift footings, 32 MPA and 12″ on center 10mm rebar. There’s a 6 inch curb above the pad and a 12″x18″ thickened edge around the perimeter of the pad structure.

Looks great, how big was the old? I would have put a sink and small bathroom in the corner. We recently moved and my last house had a 30'x40' detached. I miss it so much I could almost cry. Down to about 25 x 20 now, got a sink but now bathroom. lol Hope you love the new space.

great size for the garage. you chose one of the best concrete in the city. nobody wears hard hats nor safety glasses and the operator moves the boom facing with his back to the pump lol
