The Quick 32 Sportsman Series will return to competition at the John Scotti Canadian Championship Series during the NHRA National Open double-header at Toronto Motorsports Park, scheduled for the Labour Day Weekend Spectacular, September 4-6.
The John Scotti Canadian Championship Series will feature the Quick 32 Sportsman Series (Top Dragster and Top Sportsman), Can-Am Stock/Super Stock Series, Nostalgia Super Stock, Super Comp, Super Gas, Super Street, and Junior Dragster.
Competitors can earn NHRA grade points, which determine eligibility for major NHRA events and provide an opportunity to win a Wally, the most prestigious trophy in drag racing.
“I cannot wait to get back to Toronto Motorsports Park for the Labour Day Weekend Spectacular,” said John Scotti. “The calibre of entries this weekend will be outstanding.”
“Labour Day Weekend has always been one of the marquee events of the season at Toronto Motorsports Park,” said Bruce Mehlenbacher. “Fans can expect outstanding competition in the Quick 32 Sportsman Series.”
The event will feature qualifying and eliminations on both Saturday and Sunday, with a Test & Tune session on Friday. Fans will also enjoy jet-powered dragsters, Pro Modified racing, live music, and camping throughout the weekend.
The Quick 32 Sportsman Series competes at the John Scotti Canadian Championship Series during the NHRA National Open double-headers at Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga, Ontario. The 2026 schedule includes Victoria Day Weekend (May 15-17) and Labour Day Weekend (September 4-6).
