NOTE: Top Fuel’s Shawn Langdon secured his sixth No. 1 qualifier of the season when his 3.727-second pass at 334.98 mph held up for best of the field at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Langdon will on the hunt for his third Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals win.

NOTE: Three-time Funny Car world champion Ron Capps will start race day at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park in the No. 1 qualifier position thanks to his 3.914-second pass at 332.18 mph. Capps moved into the points lead, heading into race day at the Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals.

NOTE: Pro Stock’s Matt Hartford earned the No. 1 qualifier position on Sunday at the Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals when he ran a 6.572-second pass at 208.97 mph at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Hartford is aiming for his second Indianapolis win.

NOTE: Six-time Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion Matt Smith secured his third No. 1 qualifier of the season when he powered to a 6.757-second pass at 200.98 mph on Sunday at the Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals. Smith will be looking for his fourth win from the famed Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
