Shadylane Peformance out of Philly collabed with Land of the Hurricane’s Capitol Raceway to bring you a new years no prep race that is normally done on the street . Its a tradition in philly , but it makes for a long day dodging police and hustling from spot to spot . They had three classes Small Tire , Big Tire and Street car class . There was some great racing but cut short due to weather .
