Drag racing promoter Larry Jeffers has announced some groundbreaking news. The Larry Jeffers family of companies, including LJ1 Race Oil, Extreme Racing Oil, Larry Jeffers Race Cars, Bullet Racing Engines, and the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA), are partnering with Darana Hybrid as a presenting sponsor for No Prep Warz in 2024. This is just one of the many ways Jeffers is working to bring more exciting events to IHRA-member tracks. The race dates have been announced as April 5-6 at Alabama International Dragway, May 17-18 at Jackson Dragway LLC, June 14-15 at Kil-Kare Raceway, July 19-20 at Ozark Raceway Park, and August 16-17 at Dragway 42. There is also a possibility for additional dates as more tracks sign up to host one of these No Prep Warz events. The Friday schedule will include Big and Small Tire Shootouts, All Star “High Stakes” Gambler, 6.0 and 7.0 Index Gamblers, and Grudge Racing. Saturday will feature the All Stars Main Event, Small Tire Clash, and Outlaw Big Tire races. In addition, there will be 6.0 and 7.0 Index and Daily Driver races for IHRA members.
