In this video we have several big boost cars doing battle at the bandimere dragway no prep event held in Morrison, Colorado. Up first, is Lance Knigge who drives a twin turbo nova that does well on unprepped surfaces. But, in colorado the elevation is really high. The air becomes thinner the higher you go up in elevation which means less power being produced. The turbo cars have more of challenge to spool up their turbos due to the elevation. But, once they are cranked up the cars are ready to go fast. Lance does a great job of making power and getting down. But would it be enough to hold the competition at the bandimere no prep event where big money was at stake.
