AWD civic also known as El Chapo has been getting suspension dialed in for no prep racing while out testing the transmission had an issue that forced us to load the car onto the trailer and do further inspection after a few weeks the transmission is back from repairs on this video I am installing and going over the car before going to test at house of hook in Aiken south Carolina the next morning also while nestor (owner) drove the car to get an alignment he noticed excessive vibrations when making it home he noticed a oil coming from the transfer case, ended up borrowing a transfer case from our good friend jack out of his 1000hp awd civic videos coming soon on that build, we got Chapo loaded up and ready to race we make a first hit and car pulls hard right we make some suspension adjustments and 2nd hit the car goes straight and is showing improvements nestor joined both stick shift class and run what you bring class (rwyb) took home the win on stick shift vs a fwd civic only one pair in that class we raced a fox body mustang in rwyb class and got the win the mustang bought back into competition and we paired up once again unfortunately rod #4 broke so that put us out of competition we saw good progress on the suspension changes and chapo will be back! enjoy some extra footage of the team being the team enjoying a day at the track with good friends no matter the outcome.
