For the first time in history of capitol raceway there was a true no prep race !
Starting from the bare asphalt backside of the track , Land of the hurricane had 34 small tire cars battling the surface for $15,000 dollars ! Was a great time , they made it down to 3 cars before splitting due to slippery conditions after the cold set in .
