This video just looks at the genuine BMW brake pads for the i3 and what you get with them and the thicknesses of the pads. Front pads are BMW part no. 34106884267 (retail price £88.20 +VAT) and rear pads 34216859917 (retail price £70.66+VAT).

In my opinion it's still worth changing the front pads; in this example due to age of the original ones. Even with a decent amount of meat on the friction material, old brake pads can crumble around the edges and in some cases can start to delaminate. Not normally an issue for old petrol and diesel powered vehicles.
Textar brakes you could probably get them cheaper without the BMW badge printed on them.
Did you clean up the rotors?
Off topic, while watching your video, I noticed that the protection rubber on the front shock absorber is damaged. I had the same problem with the ones on my i3, and was able to have them replaced under warranty. My i3 Rex is also from 2015.
I suppose it's a manufacturing defect, as I've seen this issue in many i3 models.
You should definitely replace those, as they're not protecting the shock absorbers anymore, which could lead to damaging them in the long run…
Do you have a video or know of a video that shows installation?
Bonjour la BMW i3 avais combien de km ?
Do you say the front pads are 7,5/8mm thick?

If you drive them "properly", you actually use the breaks. 🙂
