Jeff Lutz might be considered og as he has been around the four oh five for several years racing with them in the oklahoma top ten list. Jeff Lutz has gone fast but has he gone fast on a unprepped surface. The answer is yes and has done well for himself reaching wins out of the no prep kings series. Getting one win is extremely difficult with the level of competition out there. But Jeff Lutz keeps plugging away and reaches far in every event racing some of the fastest no prep cars out there.
