In this video we continue our coverage of the second day of the dirty south no prep event at the gulfport dragway in mississippi. The big tire class is considered to be the fastest class in a no prep event due to the rules. The rules of the big tire class are the allowance of wheelie bars and big tires. These two factors allows for more traction off the line. This translates to better eighth mile runs. The big tire class is also a light weight chassis class which makes the cars not only lighter but faster as well.
