Vehicle-aware search, improved filtering, and connected application data help customers narrow their search quickly and confirm the part fits before they buy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key improvements for customers include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Find the right part faster.<\/strong>\u00a0Vehicle-aware search, streamlined categories, and robust fitment data narrow the catalog to the parts that actually fit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Know what\u2019s in stock, what it costs, and when it ships.<\/strong>\u00a0The site is connected directly to JEGS\u2019 inventory and pricing systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check out quickly and securely.<\/strong>\u00a0Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and Affirm are all accepted on a PCI DSS-compliant, tokenized platform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stay supported after the sale.<\/strong>\u00a0Returns, warranty support, technical literature, and order history all live in the customer\u2019s account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe needed to transform the customer experience, respond faster to the market, and build a stronger foundation for growth,\u201d said Gabe Mendoza, Chief Executive Officer of JEGS. \u201cWe now have a commerce foundation built for speed, so we can keep improving the experience as fast as our customers\u2019 expectations change.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JEGS built the new experience on PhaseZero\u2019s CxCommerce platform, a composable commerce platform purpose-built for complex parts businesses, with implementation support from Nimble Gravity. The program reached full production in five months and included more than 20 enterprise integrations connecting the storefront to JEGS\u2019 ERP, fulfillment, customer service, and payment systems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch also establishes a foundation for continued improvement.
