Under IHRA ownership, the facility will undergo strategic enhancements focused on racer experience, fan engagement, and long-term operational sustainability.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is exactly the kind of facility we want to invest in,\u201d said\u202fDarryl Cuttell, Owner of IHRA. \u201cEmpire Dragway has a strong foundation and a loyal racing community.
