Despite the tricky conditions and ever-changing weather, Haney posted a strong 3.637 at 206.71 mph during qualifying, securing the no. 13 spot and setting up a first-round matchup with eventual event winner Jeff Rudolf.<\/p>\n<p>Haney was sharp off the line, grabbing the early lead with a stellar .013 reaction time to Rudolf\u2019s .036.
