  1. You should make your mustang, and the Malibu both race karts like with cage instead of body stuff. Way less weight, way more go fast

  2. Water stuff in front of the tires is the danger zone. Maybe mount that stuff in the rear so in case it leaks, it doesn't make you spin out

  3. Sounds like an excuse to customizing those body panels…. cut out sections and make aero ducting like the gt40 over rear tire ports. With some smaller wings in side it.

  4. Moving existing weight to eliminate extra weight is always a good thing. Good luck with the build. Will be watching for the next video. Be safe and stay well.

  5. I participated in tubing the front of a fox body once, still goes down as one of the larger wastes of time I can remember. By the time you add supports for everything back I swear you end up gaining weight. It makes servicing things easier but that was the only plus.

  6. That front part you cut off, the radiator mount weighed more than the factory stamped metal lol. We weighed a stock front end we cut off and what we put welded on, we added 9lbs more than what we removed but was a hellova lot easier to work on and when you weld to the tubing you dont have to worry about blowing holes everywhere either

  7. Way to stay in the shop – i gotta force myself to just start something and let it snowball – otherwise I suffer from "analysis paralysis".
And i cant agree more about losing that 200 pounds. It's always better at the end of the day to accelerate less mass than it is to add power.
    Rock on Kyle

  8. when i chopped off my front frame i thought the same thing…pretty light. it was 26lbs though. so i chopped it off and didn’t put anything back on except for two pieces of 3/4” tube from lower frame up to fenders to help hold front end up. i don’t have anything heavy out front like intercooler or turbos so i didn’t need to support much.

  9. Little crack in the intercooler 40psi could blow that tank open and drop water under the car. Lot of "what ifs", but what if? Lol.

  10. When installing injectors lube is your friend… well most times lube is your friend… aaaaaannnnnnnyyyyyyywwwwwwwaaaaayyyyyysssss………..

  11. Better check to see what you are going to replace it with is going to be less. Also I agree you have to be somewhat of balanced but not perfectly. I have faith and I will be watching. Going to the website to see what you got for me. Thanks and have a great week.
