Prepping the pad job for base rock. I buried a conduit for electric to the future shed then rough graded area again so I could roll out the road fabric. I got a late start this morning because I was dropping the Peterbilt off at the sign shop to get the logo put on the door, so I didn’t get as far as I would have liked too. But the next video here I will be delivering rock in the 377! Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #parkingpad

Good job Brandon, you would think they would have ran a bigger pipe in case their plans change and they need more power…
Wheres a good apprentice when you needed one….had to roll out the fabric your self 😡😂
If you put a rope through the roll and tie the ends together you can pull it out very easily with the excavator
Looks good 👌 pain in the butt trying to on roll fabric by ur self 😂
Thought you were being optimistic when you said you were going to roll the fabric out with the excavator. I've been out of town so I'm just catching up on all the videos I missed over the past 2-3 days looking good.
Don't you just love the wind when you are spread some sort of material lol, great job!
Can't wait to see the truck in action!! Looked like a lot of fun chasing fabric in the breeze…:D
That fabric really changes the overall look. Nice job, even if the wind was having fun with you, LOL. I like that in-cab camera angle, I guess just a better mount as you said.
The quickest and easiest way to cut fabric is with a hand held propane torch but when you cut it that way cut it a little longer than needed you get a little bit of creep back from the shrinkage of the fabric when the flame hits it
If the freaking wind is gonna blow its gonna be when you start rolling fabric out. It never fails.
Good old concrete turds.
Coming right along should look really good when it's all done. Be a good test for you and the Pete. Don't forget to get the beautiful CEO Mrs Elite over there so she can videotape some of the finishing up cause she sure did a great job helping you getting it started. Keep up the great videos
Camera angle is fine! Just a little glare from that Haircut Buddy!
Hey good video as always. Check out this other YouTuber from South of KC. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2rzsm1Qi6N1X-wuOg_p0Ng
Hello buddy!!! Elite muchas felicidades como siempre muy buen trabajo👍👍
This camera angle is fine
When you installed the pipe underground did you place a rope to pull the wire through it
The camera angle is perfect right where it sitts
I was under the assumption that this was a house lot…. Is it just for a shed?
Nice
Looks like you’re gonna finish before mowing season!
Hopefully the wind doesn’t pickup overnight. Or, those trees might grow black sails!
seems like there is always a Thomas in the crowd, pops off without knowing anything, probably why no one will work for him. Keep up the good work Elite
did your dad get the play ground for the church at the top of the fixed
I use Staples to hold fabric down. They are 6" long, called jute Staples, works very well, can never seem to find a heavy enough rock when the wind is blowing lol. Wind always blows when you're laying fabric alone…
Got to love fabric & wind.. drive ya nuts.. guys spending some good money and getting a great job. 👍🏼
Use a suction cup mount that way the rubber takes up the vibration and camera should be more stable
At angle there’s a lot of glare from the chrome dome😁😁
How come this fabric looks like basic landscape fabric for garden beds? I thought road fabric had a glossy shine to it? Is the use of landscape fabric okay for strength under patios and parking pads like this? Cheers man, im generally curious.
The camera angle looks fine to me
IT'S perfect
Last night I watched a mowing video (Dan's vlog) and he was being accused of breaking a window (while mowing). Made me think 'holy shit' when I saw that freshly poured curb before construction had even started practically. Might make sure you have it on video at the end of each day to show it wasn't you if it gets damaged. And it might be the old man's back in me or maybe just the laziness, but I noticed you carried the roll to the back wall each time to unroll. Simply move it over and roll it back?
I'm glad you pinned ole Thomas comment up top. Nothing like seeing idiocy right out of the gate. I bet he trolls peoples content to offer his expert shithole advice.
I like the Camera view. Way better than those vids where those guy run around with it attached to their head. Getting everyone dizzy watching.LOL
11:33 I was wondering when you were going to quit fiddling around with that weed blocker using the bucket and get out and roll it out the regular way.
all good mr
Looking better everyday. Have a great weekend.
Hey good sir! This looks very much like the work done at my place this summer! They have to bury the electrical at least 18” and went 24”, but they were digging a sand clay mix, (70/30 ish) and it was easy digging. The engineer specified red tape here so they put it in and he spec’d a minimum of 18” down. I don’t know the rules or code here so I trust they did it right. If you ask me, they specified the red tape because I’m a retired Rancher and most of us dig first and ask questions later!!! Hahaha. ZZZAAAPPPPP! “WelI son of a gun,,,,,, where’d that power come from??? Hyuck!!” Hahaha.
I have said before that if we lived in the same area you would be my go to guy and that is still the case! Kinda jealous of this guy’s parking area, I must say! Haha. Pretty sweet for a city lot!!
You and the family stay safe out there, Eh. Later!
WeCanDigIt awesome!!!!!!
I could feel the struggle with the fabric and the wind from here, it sucks putting that stuff down by yourself. The project is looking nice Brandon.
Hey Brandon!
Like the camera angle in the excavator, looking forward to seeing your Pete at work on this job soon. Work safe, stay warm, enjoy your weekend buddy!
Doug@ the "ranch"
The job that never ends. It's like a pond dredge by Letsdig18. Lol
May i suggest sod staples for holding fabric down? Works great on windy days👌
Nicely done! I'm a firm believer in using fabric, saves a lot of time and materials down the road.

That was sarcasm right?
Sheldon Cooper
🤷🏻♂️
cameras fine
Dern wind. Looks good! Can't wait to see Big Pete! Thanks for the video!
Get the window suction cup mount for a GoPro. That’s what I’ve used in the past and you can put it basically anywhere in the cab to get the right angle. But in a small machine you’ll still have limited visibility with a GoPro. It don’t look bad where you have it tho.
How wide is your ditching bucket?
