  1. So many people race with a visor up. If any thing – many people should see the effects of what can happen with it up and down. Many people have been burned badly with the visor being up.

  2. before you started to speak, motor torn apart and windshield cracked, they you said what happened.. thank you Lord you again were not hurt while wild fast objects flew around in your cockpit.. Hope you get her fixed soon, Javi is busting butt as I type no doubt… fix it and win the whole thing again Ryan!!

  3. Hey man glad u are ok, hopefully u and ur team can get the car race ready for ur next event!!! I am not a fan of domestic race cars i lo e imports but because of u and the fireball ban i have become a big fan!!!! Good luck on everything
And i told my son about u and ur team u guys are the Gentleman's of street racing and npk!!!!! Best of luck

  4. Wow. That’s gotta be a real eye opener when a backfire happens like that. Does your intakes have reliefs in them to where it releases the pressure if they do blow like that or can they be put in?

  5. Man I hated seeing that for you Ryan…. Brought back that JJ incident for sure. Glad ur ok and the cars not as bad as it could have been. Hats off to you, ur crew and the safety crew. 🙏👍👏

  6. Accidents like this and what happened to JJ is why I would like to see every racer (especially on Americas list) wear full fire gear. I see a lot of guys wear just a fire suit and no gloves, shoes, or head sock. And you’re all adults so do as you want, I’m not trying to be a keyboard Karen telling you what to do. I just want to see everyone go home safe at the end of the day.

  7. Glad to hear you weren't injured. I would have thought after JJs car blew up in his face, that everyone would realize how important safety equipment is. it can't save you if you don't use it. Stay safe and best of luck on the season. 💪🥇👍

  8. Justin’s did the exact same thing in about the exact same spot on the track while testing are you guys running NoS or something cause those look like NoS backfires both his and yours were basically the same he had way more damage than you though

  9. Great video! I used to be a weekend racer now I didn’t have the caliber of equipment that these guys are running but I did have a car that ran 10.0’s and the one time that I had a bad explosion it absolutely shattered my helmet visor but never touched my face or eyes. Rayn make a great point VISOR’S DOWN people! 👊🏼
