Nitrous Explosion 55 Chevy

The Norm Drongnowski 1955 Chevy is an eye catcher at each racing event it attends. This beautiful car is piloted by his son Steve.

At the PDRA Door Slammer Derby in Bowling Green, Ky it caught all eyes as it made it’s pass in Top Sportsman Eliminations! As Steve blasted through the timing beams to win the round, there was a nitrous explosion which sent the hood scoop flying.

Most importantly Steve was ok after this incident. The team worked to pull the Buck Racing Engine to be worked on before heading to the next event in Norwalk, Oh
