  1. When my Mom baught my Uncle's 1972 SS Nova it had Gold Moroso valve covers , but my Uncle decided he wanted to take them the headers and tach . They looked so cool on the 350 , everyone always asked if it was a big block , because those moroso's we're tall , we were like , no it's just a small block .. lol .. I baught the Nova from my Mom back in 1993 .

  2. That hole in your cover is actually to mount a water pump, that is driven off the cam shift, what I had on my drag boat, mine was anodized black. I polished the ribs, and timing marks rail, it looked awesome, Awesome videos, love the car, Keep them coming

  3. Looking great!! I would have never dreamed those Moroso valve covers would be old school, I had a set of those chrome ones, they went from car to car….really like the stacks!!!! Be safe, God Bless!!!

  4. Now I'm excited about this project more then I expected. One look at those stacks was all it took. Growing up during the Modified Production and Gasser era, those were what mattered. Outrageous things done to normal cars, thank you.

  5. I really enjoy this project. You and your pops have many cool old hot rods! Tri5s are my favorite and you guys are doing this one right! All oldschool stuff man! Your a lucky son to be able to work side by side with your dad. Looking forward to the next video. Have a good one Buddy πŸ‘

  6. Those obsolete classic valve covers were the thing back in the days have to hunt them down now and timing cover too but they will fit the gasser theme perfectly also like the stacks….πŸ€™πŸ™

  7. Great video , I always look forward to them …… ACES HIGH. Is looking good πŸ‘πŸ‘ can't wait to hear that 427 breath πŸ‘πŸ‘

  8. The "stack injection" setup is cool as fuck, I wouldn't give two-shits about anodiizing anything. The one thing that comes to mind is that in the "old days " the "long tube" stacks were used for torque production w/automatics and "short tube" was for stick cars. Either way you and your Dad will dial it in.This is my favorite project on the internet.πŸ‘πŸ‡±πŸ‡·

  9. Stacks, nice! There's no way around it though that if you put enough golden parts and paint on this car you'll have to rename it Scaramanga or Triple Nipple or something πŸ˜€

  10. It’s going to be awesome, I have ran Hilborn injection for years on midgets and sprint cars, small block and a Yenko 488 cu in aluminum big block, it’s so easy to use and tune.
