Well it's nice to see you guys helping out I mean just being on your channel is a hell of a big help lots of racers watch your channel and I have always believed that word of mouth is the best way to get the word out and lots of us may have never heard of this place ie me for one and now j have 30 40 people I know asking me where the hell this place is lol so let's get it busy there so they can make some cash

10. Back in the 70s my elementary school did bmx bike slow races at the last school day every year. The year I was closest to winning, I got beat by the fire chiefs son. His dad put a car tire in place of the front tire. He could have went forever with that big tire.

17. Our track here in Wichita was getting ready to shut down but now have new owners and they’re doing a few upgrades to it and hopefully they’ll have the concrete barriers down the sides done before long for safety but it’s starting to look pretty nice out there

When the present owners bought the land, it was mid four digits an acre- today, a single acre in that area can cost well beyond $10 k- a 10 acre piece of it can be more than 10-12 times that- easy! It was time to sell the land- my bet is they are looking for a new site, as they have great "instincts" about "monetizing" their operation.
