  1. Definitely a Detroit Diesel like he said. I think a two stroke would be harder to launch on the street because the all or nothing gap would shrink greatly IMHO. Interest engageded.

  2. I think ol Bob is happiest out of everyone.. Billy you've got yourself a runner.. sounds good and once you throw some boost to it and lighten the truck up you're going have your hands full

  3. I appreciate what he's after, but I personally think torque is more fun than HP on the street. I would have easily settled for 550 HP trying for a better powerband and more torque.

  4. Uncle Bob don't lie and knows his shit from what Lil bit I can read. I'm confused why you guys think we will believe it only makes 540-560hp on an 18 degree engine. I understand it has low compression but there is no way it should be making anything less than 640 and honestly should be making 700-800 HP. You guys have always made me feel like you're honest guys but I'm confused by this video. We all know we can make the dunno read what you want it to read. Your running experienced people from this channel like my self. Yes lemme build a 15k engine and it only make 560hp. C'mon give me a break. I'm done

  5. Do a good back half small tire of course and get some height out of it then I think you will use all this badass motors potential. Truck is amazing

  6. If you’re having trouble getting it to start because of a bunch of timing leave the ignition box Turned off get it spinning then turn the ignition box on

  7. Lake Speed has talked about that oil temp issue many time's in great detail. He says you want to run a specific oil with special additive pack as the alcohol kills some regular additives that aren't made for it. That extra friction caused by the wrong oil generates much more scuffing by the rings which generates the hotter oil temps

  8. just a guess but alcohol keeps the combustion chamber temps down but engine oil temp deals more with engine friction. the "friction " in the engine is the same wether on fuel or alcohol. so even though it may appear that the oil temp is climbing faster, i think it's rising the same as it would on fuel but your seeing the combustion temp stay low due to alcohol burning cooler. the friction, all be it very minimal, is creating the oil temp, which is why it climbs the same on fuel or alcohol. again, just an educated guess. sounds like you got a real winner this time boys!!!!

  9. PLEASE RUN TO JESUS HE IS COMING BACK AND HE LOVE US ALL SO MUCH THAT HE DIED FOR US TOOK ALL THAT PAIN JUST FOR YOU AND ME PLEASE RUN TO HIM BEFORE ITS TO LATE
