PRI 2021 Day 2! Women of Motorsports, More Vendors, More Street Outlaws, Product Demos, and more!

Performance Racing Industry trade show in Indianapolis Indiana rolls on with Day 2 as we continue to our educational classes AND walk the trade show floor! As always we also ran into more than a few automotive celebrities including JH Diesel, Chuck Seitsinger who drives The Death Trap Mustang on Street Outlaws, Jeremey also known as Monza, and several others!

But first to start the day we made sure to attend the 5th annual Women in Motorsports panel with some awesome and successful ladies of the automotive industry. This year the panel again reached across motorsports and included Angela Ashmore of Chip Genassi Racing, Ashley Chalk of Chip Genassi Racing, Alba Colon of Hendrick Motorsports, Collete Davis Racing Drive / Drifter / and Content Creator, Haley James drag racer of Haley James Racing, and hosted as always by Jeanette DesJardins of Car Chix. For over an hour almost 2 hours we had personal information and answers from all of these ladies about how they got to where they are in the automotive industry and some of the hurdles and even tricks between the beginning of their careers and now. Every year this is a highlight of the PRI show and this year certainly didn’t disappoint!

We also attended a class on how to better improve all our social media in the future, geared specifically towards Facebook growth and interaction. Given we are absolutely terrible at that we will certainly be giving some of the lessons a test, we’ll see how things go and report back!

The rest of the day, was spent on the trade show floor checking out various products from different vendors and learning along the way. This place is packed with all sorts of equipment and knowledge only a little of which we can absorb and put on camera. We ran into the always amazing Alex Taylor, as well as Tess also known as Miss Midnight Maverick, and so many others. What an excellent way to spend the day networking and hanging out with awesome people!

We hope you enjoy these little point of view videos of the PRI 2021 show to give a little insight into the experience and maybe recap or point out something other attendees may have missed. Day 3 starts in a few hours, and we’ll be there once again bright and early!

  1. We need a Street Outlaw’s Ohio. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ They don’t really miss racing in the real streets because now they actually make real money and make a good living.

  2. dont know what i would put it on but i want one of the small child eater turbos please! they are huge!! could almost replace your wood chipper with one of them!

  3. You know, you can tell the difference between the sales reps and RACERS… AND JUST LOVING THE NEW GARAGE GUYS!(typical ly older guys) on womens day , you didn't focus much on them….. EMELIA HARTFORD, Ashley force, Shirley Muldowney, and any other woman influenced RACE, RUN,or BOTH…..

  4. Thank you for the coverage of the PRI show. My family's been involved with Motorsports forever and that's one show I've never made it to and I intend to do it next year. We do Sprint Car stuff here in NJ, PA and NY. Love your channel. Keep up the good work.πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸπŸπŸπŸ

  5. My brother and nephew sim race. Nephew has brake pedals out of his late model stock and a 2000 thousand dollar steering wheel. Said it made more feel and consistency. And faster.

  6. im a sim racer, Fanatec is your quality starting point as far as mechanics are concerned. The seat, frame and displays is up to you depending on which games you play and how much data you want on screen. hope that helps mate. the worse thing you can do is buy a cheap crap wheel like logitech or thrustmaster and base your first impression on sims from them, because they are unrealistic and a pain in the ass. greetings from down under.

  7. Thank you for the coverage of the PRI.As we live in Australia it was great to get to see the show.Very much like how you filmed it with the aisle walk with the explanation and music great choice it keep it moving as so much to see love it. THANK YOU. Stephen and Helen πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ΊπŸ‘πŸ˜Š

  8. t looks like only staff is wearing PPE? IU Hospital down the street is over flowing with Covid patients. They even called in the National Guard to help in 13 hospitals in Indiana. The motorsports industry worry about all kinds of safety but each other…sad. Folks from all over the world, shame on PRI!
