Building another house pad, I brought the excavator in first to make the cut and bale the material to the low side, but got rained out. Came back the next day with the loader to finish cutting and leveling the pad. Then the following morning I went and back filled the sewer line I dug at the beginning of the week. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #TB260 #TL250

right on! another great video
Did it jar you a little when you hit that pipe? lol Looking good!
I hope my namesake doesn't rain on your parade too much?
With the limited space, I'd say you did an absolutely AWESOME job!!

Scratch…Scratch…Nice work as always!π
Good thing you have the enclosed cab…now you can play candy crush in the rain. 20% chance of rain is dead on accurate..makes you wonder how they keep their jobs ππ
Should have used a dragline it would have been way cooler. And itβs slopping to the left bottom corner of my watching devise here so that canβt be good
Do they do a compaction test on the dirt ?
Sometimes… 20 percent chance turns into 20 percent of the time itβs raining.
Nice work wit both rough ins.
PS. Perhaps a polarized lens would count the glare? You can test using your sunglasses.
Brandon love your vids donβt have a lot of time to watch these days keep living the dream bud ππ»
Glad you didnβt melt π
You don't need to compact that fill? Where i live, that would have to be compacted and tested.
Well, the little step pyramid is coming along nicely. Next thing you know, Elite Earthworks is going to be handing off to Elite Sewerworks!
Nice job
Good work. Looks like the new machine is working out well for you.
Try using a 4-1 combo bucket on that loader it will cut your grading time by 2/3 once you learn how to use it..I bench and balance 6 pads per day
It's hard for me to watch you using that excavator.. me with a t595 and a 4-1 bucket I can work circles around you and someone else on your loader
Nice video
Nice working
I got a little worried at about the 2:30 mark while you were digging out that corner. I heard a metallic pop and thought you had either hit something in the ground or you had broken something on the new coochie, then I realized it was the guy on the lot next door shearing rebar. I though Mrs. Elite was not going to be happy if you had broken the new machine. Lol.
Hello there Mr and Mrs Elite earthworks. Hope you both are doing very very well. Great video as always. Thanks for the awesome video. Take care. βπ
At 9:27 Brandon captures the Flag(pole)! You win!
I think that little kubota was working faster then the coochie! Hehe

What's the highest house pad you ever seen? what the most aggressive grade off the pad you seen? I've seen some houses in Port Saint Lucie the other day where it seemed the house was on a 10' pad and the most aggressive pitch into a -5' ditch. Given how cheap fill is and it's always required it seems… Would you buy a non coastal lot at near free if lot had a 30×40 area in the center that was -3' under Base Flood elevation and FEMA Maps declared it (alone) a Flood zone where neighbors are high and are not. FEMA told me to just fill and send them a Elevation survey to change maps.
About how long does one job take to finish?
