Yeay, another great video, and wonderful to wake up to in the UK! The pure hard work your both putting in and amazing to watch, and I know it will reap benefits for you in the future. Have a great day ๐
Scott you really have a good handle on that loader now every thing looks great, good to see the golf cart working well for Kelly and you.
Did Kelly know you were using the golf cart for a steam roller? Lol's… looking good…
Just an idea, if you watch Diesel Creek on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywAeAAPveL4
He has put a container both sides of his work area and put a roof over the work area.
I think something like that would be suitable for you.
You're a good operator on the tractor mate. Nice job.

Gday from oz Is an Inspection pit out of the budget.
At 11:05 That's Polk. Ever heard Polk Salad Annie? That's the stuff. Those berries will get black looking as they ripen and make a maroon colored stain if they get on you. I made ink with them when I was a kid. Highly poisonous though. When the plants are new shoots you can boil them and drain them 3 times and then they're fit to eat. Didn't eat it much as a kid but we had plenty of other greens from turnip to kale in our garden. Eating boiled polk was just a novelty. Y'all should make a blackberry cobbler or some blackberry preserves.
Well done to you both on the improvements, it does look good. The property will improve as you continually make these improvements to it, make it more livable. Regards A Fan from Aus.

nice job Scott !
Scott, I'm buying a few of those flashlights, thanks!
You need some large bore plastic pipe work to take the water away under the gravel drive to the woods , watch some clips from Letsdig18 or Andrew Camarata on the subject ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Nothing against it of course, but im surprised you can build this for doing a job like this, looking at it in nature with no oil pan under the concrete. But then im not from there.๐๐ป
Looking good Scott you have worked really hard to get it looking so good the golf cart is amazing well done you two keep safe and well
Regards Derrick UK
Have you given any thought to rigging the golf cart for solar, it'd be a interesting project
That looks terrific great job!
That first plant is poke sallet. Good to eat in early spring.
Nice work there that man & lady. Great start. Canโt wait to see your new house buildings and work areas going up.
Love the channel and seeing the growth over the 8 months ive started following you daily. One of a kind channel! Id work for minimum wage just because its about the lifestyle not the bank account. Keep up the hard work!
Looks good, I still think you should install curtain drains between hill & pad. Run pipe under driveway to protect it.
You should put some check dams in that little ditch/natural gully that is formed down the hills. Get some big rocks. Make some check dams and or also stake some hay bales in there to catch the dirt and slow water
That purple flower you said you wanted my know what it is is called Poke weed
Looks really nice now scott and KELLY.
A great cost effective way to make a DIY compactor is to buy 1 or 2 55 gallon drums or old fuel drums and cut a 6 in opening in the top or bottom and fill it up with concrete. That drum will weigh 5,500 LBS after it's filled up with concrete. The easiest way to move it is a tow hitch that you would use to haul a vehicle behind a RV.
I really liked the first tipper truck one very cool rig
O-light my a…. Sells only to USA citizens. How low can you go?? Thumbs down
The gravel really did that right! Man the mulch, it the finishing touch!
Hi from New Zealand. Love your song.
Good job !!!
As I walked out of the shop to get my next victim, much to my ears delight the sound of an oiler. As I peered out to the highway here comes a Silver Sides I believe. Black on top silver on the bottom. I have never seen this bus before, looked nice, curtains in the glass etc. It may have been an automatic.
Chirt??? Whatโs Chirt?????
Seen your site Foreman doing the Quality Control drive by lol
Looking better and better as you build on the property that is one bright light ya have there. You have enough berries for many many fruit cobbler for Kelly to make.
Wishing you both a blessed day
Greetings from Silverstreet South Carolina.
Time to add a solar charger to that golf cart ? 73's (Best Regards)
IF it matters a great way to get up the grease on the new pad is to wet it, spread laundry powder and scrub with a broom. Rinse and it will come back to the sealer. Just sayin.
Wal mart has a great deal on oil 30 weight cf-2 2 gal jug for 9 bucks
I don't if this will work in TN. but we have found around here,(southwestern Michigan) that keeping the grass/weeds mowed 2 1/2" – 3" where we walk, keeps us from picking up tics! I have even mowed along public side walks, because brushing up against the weeds hanging over the side walk, was guarenteed to put tics on you!
Really enjoy your videos and glad to see the work coming in. Also glad you will be getting back on track financially, the homestead is coming along good maybe someday we'll be down your way and can at least meet you and Kelley. Thanks for telling us about Dan and his Onan gensets, made some great friends in Frankfort MI. Last fall.
Stay well!
That mulch delivery driver is about as smart as I thought a mulch delivery driver would be
Just enjoying the great work you are doing
there is that turquoise "thing" again. I sure hoe that you upgraded the heater
Looking good!!!
In the area you plan to build the storage, why not just clear that area, so when buses pull on the pads, they can back into that area to turn around, and head out?
Nice Jobโ
Yummy Berries too๐
coming together just fine ๐
