Chris the toddler comments that your dozer needs te reverse beeper working… sounds where made π π€£
Evidently the cold affected your judgment. You never crank an engine like you did. That's the type of thing a woman does. I'm surprised you didn't burn up the starter. Really disappointed in you, I thought you had better sense. πππππππ
You need a can of start you son of a bitch.
Watching your channel I've come to realize that not all dirts are the same.
Needs a can of start you bastard.
Extraordinary patience and diligence…….π
I cycle the glow plugs a few times when it gets cold, don't know if you have them in the States
Just build a fire under the motor it will fire right up
Put a little gas on a rag and put it on the intake air filter, it will cum to life easy, no starting fluid needed, and easier on the starter. Old pipeline trick in Wyoming.
Snooker table top precision job, 1st class Chris.
Hi Chris we can see that you strugele with cold tempeture but to undrestand how cold is it ?
Think the roller would have preferred you to sleep in until the day warmed up a lot!
What type of soil are you using for the top layer for the horse footing?
Damn where to you all work at? If that's frozen gotta been down south π
Although you do need to use it sparingly, ether starting fluid will work wonders. Coming from MT, even with a jumper set of batteries & a fire under the oil pan, when it's really cold (-20-30 below) a quick squirt or two of ether is the only way to get them to start. Most of the older Cat equipment actually came with a starter fluid block to thread a can onto before glow plugs were common.
Hope they do not have high dollar horses. That sheep's foot roller is a really good way to destroy a horse's pastern. Rough underlayment on an arena = lame horses.
Is this Letsdig18? Sorry thought I was watching Andrew Camarata. If you know, you know. Lol π π€£ π
When the white smoke starts coming…stop and let it sit for a minute or two. When you come back, it will start. Or just keep on cranking until your battery is toast.
I swear you could make video cleaning dirt off of your boots and you would get 8000 likes. Love your videos! Keep them coming! *I'd be 1 of the 8000 btw*
hey young man why the backhoe and not the track hoe less setup with the track hoe

Betta starter pack than what I bought mine went in bin after couple months
HEY BUD, I THOIGHT Y9U WOULD KNOW THAT COLD WEATHER MENT STARTER FLUID IN THE INTAKE PORT. ONE DAY YOU'LL BURN UP SOME WIREING AND IT WILL COST A LOT MORE TIME AND MONEY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. NITROUS IS THE BEST FOR COLD MORNINGS.
FOR THOSE BIG AREA JOBS YOU MAY WANT TO LOOK INTO A MOTOR GRADER FOR SPREADING, AND LEVELING. THEY ALWAYS CUT MY COSTS AND TIME WAY DOWN. IT'S YOUR CALL.
Chris I'm pretty good with diesels next time use a little either and give it a little more time between tries it makes it easier on the starter and batteries
Hey Chris, good video, yes – the cold really slows the older equipment on start up, my 1988 backhoe is the same when below freezing point, if you have a spare few minutes to watch one of my videos that would be great, iv already subscribed to you! Keep up the good work – Paul.
